1. HOW TO JOIN?

Register yourself in the client portal. Make the payment. Download the Gym! App from – App Store / Google Play. Log in. Generate your personal QR-code. Point the QR-code under the QR-code reader to enter. Enjoy your workout!

2. HOW TO PAY?

Payments are only made with payment cards. You can pay with both Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

3. WHAT TO DO IF THE PAYMENT FAILS?

In case the payment fails on the first try, log in to the client portal. Select “Payments”. Check the payment(s) you want to pay for. Select “Pay”. Make the payment.

4. WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?

The gym is open 24/7. Gym! Ülemiste can be accessed at night through the entrance from Ülemiste City. Gym! Mustika can be accessed at night through the back entrance, opposite AS Esvika Elekter. Gym! Tasku can be accessed at night (22:00-08:00) through the marked entrance on Turu Street or from the centre’s zero-floor car park. Gym! Rocca al Mare can be accessed during the closing times of the Rocca al Mare Centre only from the side entrance, opposite to Al Mare Ärimaja (Audi Tower).

5. WHICH MEMBERSHIPs CAN I CHOOSE FROM?

You can choose between two memberships: a one-year plan with monthly payments and a one-year plan with a one-time, immediate payment.

6. WHAT DOES THE ONE-YEAR PLAN WITH MONTHLY PAYMENTS MEAN?

The membership with monthly payments starts on the day of concluding the contract. The contract ends after 12 months at the end of the month if the termination of the contract has been formalized (see point 10). In case the client has not terminated the contract, then it becomes a termless contract.

7. WHAT DOES THE ONE-YEAR PLAN WITH A ONE-TIME, IMMEDIATE PAYMENT MEAN?

The one-year plan starts on the day of concluding the contract and ends 1 (one) year after the conclusion of the contract.

8. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A TRIAL WORKOUT?

Yes. For a trial workout, you can purchase the three-day gym pass. It is valid for 3 consecutive calendar days.

9. CAN I VISIT THE CLUB WITH A ONE-TIME ENTRY?

Yes! To do this, there is a payment terminal attached to the turnstile in each club, where you can pay for a one-time entry, which costs 6.95€. This pass can only be purchased between 7:00 and 23:00 or during the centres opening hours. In Gym! Mustika, the terminal is only at the atrium entrance. In Gym! Rocca al Mare, the terminal is only at the entrance inside the center.

10. HOW TO TERMINATE AN AGREEMENT?

The contract is binding for 12 months. After 12 months the contract will continue indefinitely. The contract cannot be terminated prematurely. The termination of the contract must be fixed in the client portal under “Contract Details”. The contract ends at the end of the following month. In case of debt, it must be paid. Otherwise, the contract cannot be terminated through the customer portal.

11. CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

No. To be able to offer the most affordable price, we do not offer the freeze option.

12. CAN I SHARE OR FORWARD MY MEMBERSHIP?

No. The membership is valid for one person only. It is prohibited to share or forward the membership to others, this may result in a fine of up to 100€ for each breach.

13. CAN I VISIT ALL GYMS UNDER THE GYM! ESTONIA WITH ONE MEMBERSHIP?

Yes.

14. CAN THE PACKAGE BE PURCHASED THROUGH STEBBY?

You can upload your Gym! invoice to Stebby after the purchase and you will be reimbursed for this invoice if your employer has allowed it in their compensation plan. More information can be found on Stebby's website.

15. IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

Yes. The minimum age requirement is 15 years of age. All agreements with the underage members (from the age of 15) must be approved by their legal representatives.

16. WHY DO I NEED TO USE A PERSONAL PADLOCK?

A personal padlock is needed to lock your locker in the changing room. You can bring it with you or buy one from the vending machine.

17. WHAT TO DO IF THE PADLOCK DOES NOT OPEN OR THE KEY IS LOST?

If there is a Gym! trainer at the gym, then they can help with opening the padlock. If there is no trainer, press the G4S emergency call button at the entrance or call 1911. G4S security guards will come and open the locker.

18. ARE THERE ANY GROUP TRAININGS?

No.

19. IS THERE A PERSONAL TRAINER SERVICE?

Yes. You can get acquainted with our personal trainers on our website and at the information board in the club. For bookings and price info, please contact the personal trainers directly.

20. IS IT ALLOWED TO GIVE PERSONAL TRAININGS?

Only Gym! personal trainers are allowed to give personal trainings in Gym! gyms.

21. IS THERE A SAUNA?

We want to ensure the best possible security for our clients. Due to the absence of service personnel, we do not offer sauna services.

22. WHAT IS A SELF-SERVICE GYM?

A self-service gym does not have a service desk or personnel in its usual meaning. Instead, there are vending machines and experienced personal trainers who also act as trainers on duty.

23. Which clubs have wheelchair access?

In Tallinn, you can access the Gym! Ülemiste, Gym! Ōismäe, Gym! Solaris and Gym! Rocca al Mare gym. In Tartu you can access the Gym! Tasku gym. Access is only during the opening hours of the centres. For wheelchair access, please contact us at info@gymeesti.ee.

24. HOW TO PROCEED IN THE EVENT OF A HEALTH INJURY OR ACCIDENT WHEN THE RESCUE TEAM NEEDS TO INTERVENE?

In the event of a health injury or accident, call 112 and call the rescue service. To open the security door, call 1911 or press the Help point button in the club and the security service will open the door remotely. The exterior doors indicate where the rescue team can enter.
